I was at churhc today. I had to playaccoustic on the worship team today so I had to stay for both services and in the middle. Erin was there. As were her parents. I didn't say much to her being as we aren't supposed to contact each other. Inbetween the services she came up to me and asked if I stepped down from the youth leader team. I said yeah and she asked why. I said because of the date we went on and people were talking. And that Seven(the youth director) made me. She said she was sorry. I said it's not her fault. Then she asked, "is there something going on between us?" And I said no. And then procceeded to say i shouldn't be talkign to her since her parents were not far away and were giving me the stink eye. Then she said yeah and I walked away. No more youth group, no erin, I lost a group of friends over, and next week I proboably won't go back to the church.
11 years down the shitter in 6 days.
good times....good times....(sarcasm).

and although you may have done the right thing in the long run, it might not have hurt to say "yes" but what would I know, life works in mysterious ways, wait it out and something's bound to happen over time

I know how ya feel dude, came from a "christian" background. I worship in the woods while hunting now don't need no chruch tellin me how to do and when to do what. If they can't accept me as I am then piss on em. Don like them holier then thou dick weeds anyway.
